Welcome to Star Creek Estates and congratulations on your purchase!  On behalf of your neighborhood Property Owners Association Board of Directors and the other property owners, we would like to welcome you to our community.  We all look forward to meeting you.

 

The operation of the Star Creek Property Owners Association is governed by a board of volunteer directors.  The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the functions and financial responsibilities of the Association.  The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the Association.  These documents have specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property.  Please take the time to read through the ByLaws and Protective Covenants that are available on the community website.

 

Our community website is at http://www.starcreekestates.org/. This is the official communication channel between the Board of Directors and the membership.  You can find the names and contact information for your board here, as well as other useful links.  The website includes our directory of members that is password protected.  You will be provided that password by email.  Please let us know any information about you that you would like to add to the directory.

Many properties access their water from their own private well.  Many other properties receive water from one of five shared wells.  Warranty deeds inform lot owners of well ownership along with the responsibility for well maintenance.  You can find the name and contact information of the property owner who voluntarily manages each shared well on this website.

 

We do not currently have any POA fees.  However, we currently require $100 for each lot owned for maintenance of our roads.
